Good Afternoon North Georgia!
On the way to work this morning I was thinking about how much I enjoy my job. Practicing personal injury law over the last 35 years has allowed me the opportunity to help a lot of people who have been injured because of someone else’s negligence. Unexpected injuries bring immediate problems into a person’s life–medical bills, lost wages, job uncertainty, financial strain, pain and suffering, emotional trauma, ptsd, uncertainty about the future, the list goes on.
Unexpected expenses associated with a car accident can cause huge upheaval in one’s life; no one likes to deal with financial pressures—especially unexpected financial pressures. Some of the most rewarding aspects of my job are being able to coordinate with medical providers to arrange for my clients to get the proper medical treatment they need—without imposing on my clients additional financial burdens, running interference for my clients by dealing with the unreasonable attitudes of most insurance adjusters—even though their insured is the at-fault party and the one who hurt my client, and getting my clients the financial compensation they are due for their injuries, pain and suffering and lost wages caused by someone else.
When we close a case it is very satisfying to know that my team and I did everything we could for our client to turn around the negative consequences of a car wreck injury. It is no secret that there are plenty of personal injury lawyers in Cumming, Gainesville, and throughout North Georgia. We know that people have plenty of choices for attorneys when looking to hire a personal injury attorney for their personal injury claim. That is the very reason that, even after all these years in business, we take nothing for granted.
Sure, we get a lot of referrals and repeat business from former clients and we know how to handle car injury claims; nevertheless, we start each day with a fresh attitude to be better than we were the day before and to be constantly learning and perfecting our knowledge and skills in the areas of car wreck injuries, big-truck injuries, slip and fall cases, premises liability cases, dog-bite cases, negligent hiring cases—any case that deals with personal injury law. We want to be the personal injury lawyer for all of north Georgia. We want to be your personal injury lawyer! Call us today to discuss your case—no charge, no commitment. We can help you!
Happy Friday! Stay safe, healthy, and keep your eyes on the road!
Til next time,
Mike Weaver, Attorney, Weaver Law Firm
