Attorney Katherine Hall joined Weaver Law Firm in 2013 and brings over a decade of legal experience, with a primary focus on personal injury cases. As a dedicated advocate, she understands that clients often come to her during some of the most challenging times in their lives. She is committed to providing compassionate, skilled representation to help them seek justice and fair compensation.

A lifelong resident of Gainesville, Georgia, Katherine grew up in the community she now serves. She attended North Hall High School before pursuing higher education at the University of Georgia. There, she graduated magna cum laude in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Science, demonstrating her strong academic drive and commitment to understanding people’s needs. She continued her education at the University of Georgia School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate in 2012, achieving “Double Dawg” status

Katherine’s deep roots in Gainesville extend beyond her legal practice. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Scotty Hall, and together, they are raising their three children. Family is at the heart of Katherine’s life, and she values the strong connections she has built within the community. The Hall family attends Lakewood Baptist Church, where they are actively involved in their faith and local outreach efforts.

As a respected attorney, Katherine is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice in the Superior Courts of Georgia, the U.S. District Court, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
